Have you been banned before? 1) I've played on this server before it was taken down and enjoyed it very much, I was sad to see it go. Now that is it back I wish to be part of it on some way. 2) No Do you understand being apart of Staff has a lot of responsibility? What would make you more appealing than other applicants? List your previous Staff experiences: I've run my own servers for both Gmod and other games ( such as minecraft, Arma3...) How active are you? (Hours per day):  I am not a daily player, 3-4 times a week I'd be available (I have a job and other responsibilities) [b][u]=16.8pxScenarios[/u][/b]  A hacker is ruining the experience for other players, and once confronted, threatens to DDOS the server. What do you do and why? So, it I understand correctly, this person has been hacking and has been warned before, therefore I chose to ban him for repetitive abuse. You have a severe real life issue, and someone in your family is hurt or dead. Do you continue playing on the server? I would notify the owner of my family issue and work things out directly. I would be abcent for a bit (month or  two) then return. A player has committed FailRP, what is the proper punishment that should be given?  A warning. If repetitive, kick.[/color]
